• Shipping via local courier usually arrives within 7-12 business days.
• Shipping cost is free of charge for orders of more than Php 2,000.

• If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason you will have 7 days from receipt to return the product and request a refund. You must contact and notify us specifying the reasons for return and refund for authorization.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• You must return the product to our warehouse (Address to be provided) via any local shipping method available at your own cost.
• Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
• Refund shall be credited to your account via any acceptable e-wallet only. e.g. (pay Maya or Gcash).
• If you do not receive your order within 30days time frame, you may notify us and cancel your order, at the same time you will receive a refund worth 100% of your purchase.
• If the delivered product is damaged you must notify us immediately for further instructions and authorization. We will refund 100% of the total amount purchased.
