If you do not receive your ordered products within 30days time frame, you may notify us and cancel your order, at the same time you will receive a refund worth 100% of your purchase.
Return & Refund Policy

If you found/noticed physical damage or irregularities in the delivered product, you will have 3 days from the date of receipt to return the product and request a refund. You must contact "customer support" and notify them by specifying the reasons for return and refund for authorization.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must return the Product to our warehouse (Address to be provided) via any local shipping available at your own cost.

Refund shall be credited to your account via GCASH or any other e-wallet as agreed.
